The life - a gift to us, and it should be endured to him full. The majority of us was included into this world blest with whole and the sound bodies, but unfortunately many of us have forgotten to care of a surprising body, which to us a distance. We did not feed and have carried out it as we should and thus we have reduced energy and vibration that with a life it is necessary to live. Besides, we also have reduced number of years that we should live.
 The appropriate food is first of all in were suitable for a life. The healthy meal involves the counterbalanced food intakes of meal which will include products from each category of manufacturers of a foodstuff, namely, grains, vegetables, fruit, maslodel'nya, oils and meat.  Regular realisation is important that remains healthy and has supported correct weight. It is told, and I believe that it is the fact that people who train live longer and feel better in their body. Realisation can reduce effects of pressure, reducing a hypertension, and it can detain or prevent warm problems, a diabetes, and even a few cancer formations. There is a myriad of ways to carry out a body from low intensity before warm-ups of high intensity. All it depends on the person. There is a set of the training equipment, devices, and the mechanism to help with reception of the made. The key should find and make something that the entertainment, whether is it to go, the pedestrian tourism, driving on a bicycle, swimming, aerobics, or weight training, the important thing, establish and support regular routine of realisation and physical activity.
 In summary maintenance of healthy and physically active way of life, has positive influence on a brain and advances and everywhere feeling of well-being. So let's be intended about the reception, correspond for a life.
